Judi Hammel and Gary Hammel established Vision Marketing Incentives, L.L.C. in Portage, Michigan in 1997. Judi's fifteen years of experience as a partner in a corporate communications company provided a strong foundation of corporate knowledge and also the client base to successfully launch VMI (for short) into the promotional product business. Structured as a 75% women owned business. 

Gary's twenty-seven year career in law-enforcement easily transitioned him with the management and (product) investigative skills for VMI. A man of many nick-names including Golf Product Guru, Gary's attention to detail and thoroughness with every project helped build the path of success for VMI. 

Currently Ryan Gaudie, Judi and Gary's son has taken on the role of partner with VMI. Ryan's background in music production and independent music labels has given VMI the DIY attitude to overcome and successfully deliver any challenging project. Amy Gaudie currently takes on the financial and corporate controller roles. Also assisting in logo design, product investigating, order management and in-office music DJ. Amy's degree's in graphic design and secondary education keeps everything creative, fresh and on track.
